Booking an appointment: All bookings must be made on our booking system which you can access via our website or by using the button in our bio.
We do not take bookings via dm, text or email - you will be sent to the bookings system to make your booking so you can confirm our T&C's.
You will pay a booking fee to secure your appointment date and time. This fee is not refundable so please ensure you are happy with the date and time you have selected.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate you.
An additional fee of £20 will be charged to secure your new appointment date and time.
Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your appointment please let us know so we can make the date/time available for someone else. Your booking fee will not be refunded. You will be charged 100% of the service price for late cancellation (under 72 hours prior to your appointment) or for not showing up.
Availability: The booking system is live 24/7 meaning it can be used any time to make bookings. If an appointment date/time is not showing this means it is unavailable and I cannot accommodate to you then.
Consultation: Offer consultations for a fee which is redeemable off the treatment once booked. If you go straight to booking a treatment without a consultation on a day prior and change your mind about receiving the treatment the booking fee will cover the cost of the consultation we would have just completed.
Age restrictions: You must be 18+ for all Injectable and SkinPen treatments. Failure to show ID will result in your treatment being cancelled and you will lose your booking fee.
Lateness: We have a 10 minute allowance for lateness and we are very strict on this.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment unfortunately we will not be able to treat you and you will lose your booking fee.
Each appointment is allocated enough time to complete it effectively and safely and we refuse to rush your appointment or run over in to somebody else appointment time.
If you are going to be late please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you.
Attending for appointment: Please come alone to your appointments unless discussed otherwise with your practitioner.
Children are not permitted in the clinic due to health and safety reasons and they cannot be left unattended in the waiting area whilst you have your treatment.
You will be refused treatment if you arrive with anyone.
Illness: If you are unwell please do not attend your appointment to prevent the spread of infection to staff and other clients.
Photography: We must take before and after photographs for our insurance policy. Please ensure you inform your practitioner if you do not want these to be used for social media and marketing purposes.
Payment: We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Payment must be completed before
receiving your treatment. If you choose course of 2 or 3 sessions the whole amount must be paid during the first appointment.
Treatment refusal: We will refuse to treat you if you try to force us to do treatment we do not recommend for you. We have to manage your expectations correctly therefore if we believe you are suffering with a mental illness or body dysmorphia we will not carry out any treatment.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Complaints: If you have any concerns regarding your treatment this must be brought to the clinic's attention within 14 days via our email hello@glowaesthetic.co.uk where you will receive a response within 5 working days.
Change of mind: If after your treatment you decide you have changed your mind and want to remove your dermal filler you will be responsible for all costs.
